This place was perfect for our weekend getaway with a group of 7! Aaron answered our questions quickly when they arose and was always asking if we needed anything. My recommendations for this place were very minimal as all our needs were met early. Kitchen was spotless and easy to navigate. Hot tube was relaxing and easy to use. The dock was well taken care of as well. Some answers to questions I asked: 1. There’s a keurig there and sugar if needed. 2. They have complementary shampoo in the shower. 3. Drift (restaurant) is close by as well ask the airport and Enterprize. I definitely recommend staying here!!

We had a wonderful stay — such a great central location to everything. Our two pups traveled with us and we were so happy to see how dog-friendly the unit was. Also a HUGE backyard for them to enjoy. We’ll be back!

Even though it rained during our stay for most of the time we had a few hours to make s’mores over the outside fire pit and sit on the dock. We didn’t have the right weather for kayaking but the views were amazing and we enjoyed the indoor media set up and watched old family videos. It was definitely worth the stay!

This was a great get away. Had the island to ourselves. Had 4 dogs and they did so many zoomiies. Just be sure to look out for cactus and wear hiking shoes when not going along beach. Bring blanket if someone in your party gets cold. Air conditioner had inside perfect for me and wife. In-law was frozen lol. Great hot shower plenty of water for shower. Always had response within a hour to any questions I had. Loved kayaking around island. Beautiful views. It is made for glamping . Has compost toilet . Look up if you don’t know what that is. Generator had plenty of gas and had full gas can in reserve. Mikey the captain helped load and unload all our equipment and supplies. Was very helpful and knowledgeable. Can’t wait to go back.

We loved Aron’s house, the location was amazing . Our grandkids absolutely loved fishing and swimming from the dock. Aron was extremely responsive with every question I had. The fenced backyard helped a lot with our two dogs . Screened porch was so helpful during our unfortunate rainy stay but it was still amazing. Definitely be back once we decide on another lake vacation.

Perfect stay!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!! Aaron was phenomenal from the start! We had originally booked in May and had to bump to July/ August. From the moment of checking in to the sad day of checking out both he and his wife went above and beyond what would be expected from any host or hostess. We honestly can’t thank them enough for their hospitality and genuine care. The condo location gave us the opportunity to visit Wrightsville Beach, Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, and Holden Beach. All within approximately thirty minutes depending on traffic. Meanwhile, back at the condo in Wilmington we were walking distance away from ANYTHING and EVERYTHING you could possibly want to do or eat. Our view from the balcony was overlooking the beautiful Cape Fear River and also looking directly over the river USS NC BB-55 Battleship. 10/10 🙌🏻 We will be returning!

Enjoyed our stay in the quiet neighborhood nestled in trees just a few minutes from town. Home handled our group of 15. The rustic house was clean and comfortable. Liked the ski theme.

We had an amazing time at Aaron's place! We have never stayed at an Airbnb that is so dog friendly. A small dog pool, outdoor dog bowls, and a doggy door to an enclosed yard made our pup feel right at home. That same thoughtfulness continues throughout the house with a well stocked kitchen and little details that made us feel at home the moment we walked in. The proximity to the beach and the quiet, private neighborhood make this a place we will definitely stay again!

The home was so peaceful and relaxing. My friend and I took our four grandkids (4,4,6,8) there for a long weekend to catch up and go to monster jam. We spend the entire time at the house besides monster jam and dinner out one night. They played on the screen porch or in the lake the entire weekend. Definitely family friendly and the property was extremely dog friendly if you bring one. All doors leading outside are within a fenced in area.

Hands down one of the best Airbnb houses I’ve ever stayed at. Me and my friends loved everything about the house, the location, and of course the city!!! Absolutely recommend this Airbnb if you’re staying in Austin (especially for Bachelorette trip). The hosts were just as AMAZING! So responsive, so nice and welcoming, so accommodating. My family now wants to vacation at this Airbnb and I will definitely be back to stay at there again. Had a blast. Best Bach trip ever!!
