We stayed at Aaron’s place in Austin for my brother’s bachelor party and had a fantastic experience. The home was beautiful and exactly as advertised. Aaron was extremely available, accommodating, and responsive throughout our stay, which made everything seamless. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Austin!

This lakeside retreat was perfect for our "girls gone mild" themed bachelorette party. It was a serene beautiful, cozy and fall vibes stay. We enjoy the water actives from paddle boat, hot tub on the deck and sipping coffee and wine on the screened in porch. Aaron was very communicative with everything. We would definitely go back.

You can top this location - private but close to everything! Perfect for an unplugged weekend away without being too far out. Aaron was responsive and thought of everything. We will absolutely be back!

Beautiful, large home in Austin! Definitely the nicest house I’ve stayed in for a bachelorette party. Slept our party of 16 comfortably. Well stocked kitchen to make dinners and lunches. Appreciated having the two houses as well - was nice to have the quieter girls in the smaller one. Lori was super responsive and proactive as well. Neighborhood is walkable for a couple places otherwise short uber rides to bars and restaurants. Would 100% recommend!

Such a beautiful place to stay! We loved the separate living quarters -it made it easy for our workers to stay on one side and my little family on the other! We had such a great host and would definitely book again if we’re over that way! Thank you for opening your home to us! ☺️

The view is amazing, very quiet and private feel. The hot tub is great and the back porch is so peaceful - and screened in is a plus! Hope to stay many more times.

Great location, and great decor. The noise wasn’t actually too bad at all. Super walkable to everything which was helpful especially having the parking lot option. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a small private wedding ceremony here. We were able to view it ahead of time. Aaron was extremely responsive to any and all questions/concerns. There was a broken doorknob upon arrival (the knobs are very vintage to the rooms) and he immediately offered to send for a repair (this was not an emergency and we just wanted him aware but appreciated the response). The home was very clean. Our family had a great time and the views were spectacular! It really made for some awesome pictures. Everything we needed for the stay was available. There was one other small issue we communicated upon checkout which he was also responsive to. Check in and checkout were very flexible and smooth. There was an additional fee for using it for the wedding ($1500) if you plan to use it for those services. There is an arch on site (we brought our own). HVAC worked great, plenty of hot water, very secluded and safe. It is old and could use some upkeep but there is a lot of character in this home.

We were looking for a place to get away from everything and Aaron’s place was just what we ordered! I read through many other comments, so we tried to take all the things, annnd definitely overpacked LOL!! Cpt Mikey was fabulous! He gave us the tour and explained everything we needed to know. When leaving, the dolphins came to say goodbye, so he took the boat over so we could get a video. There were others that used the sand bar pretty close to the cabin both days but they kept to themselves and weren’t an issue at all. I would definitely listen to the other recommendations regarding footwear to avoid those little prickly pear cactus. From WV, but never kayaked a day in my life until our trip. We kayaked both days. It truly is an amazing place and just sharing our trip has many friends asking where. Pack light, bring a sweatshirt or light jacket, and most of all enjoy your time without the hustle and bustle of everyday life! Thanks for a great trip!

We enjoyed our stay in Aaron’s place tremendously. The house is well furnished, clean, and fully stocked kitchen if you need it. Aaron is very responsive and helpful as this was our first time to Wilmington. It was easy to walk to the historic district and the neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. Some of the surrounding streets are in transition with plenty of renovations going on. The 2 bedrooms are very spacious and the house has great decor. Thanks for letting us explore and for being helpful.
