Love this place. We had 10 ppl (6 adults&4kids) and there are plenty of space to fit us. Nice peaceful surroundings area. Lots of kitchen tools which makes cooking very easy. We did barbecue and we had everything we need.

Stayed at the Loft to enjoy downtown Wilmington . It was the right place to be! Literally outside our door we were few blocks from all we were looking for. The stay was great, the place was wonderful. We did not want for anything. Would definitely recommend

Great house and location. The dock and water view was amazing and deep water for fishing and water activities. The real highlight of the house (which I think is understated in the listing) is how dog friendly the house is. The house is completely fenced in making it stress free to let your dogs in the backyard. There is even doggie doors on the porch to make it more convenient. The fence doesn't block the water but my dogs dont really like water so that was all good.

Absolutely perfect. Everything was well thought out for any guest. We had our 2 yr old.grandson with us during our stay and did not lack anything. Clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. We highly recommend this home and will definitely stay again in the future.

Aaron place is amazing. The backyard for the dogs is big and spacious. This is the second time we have rented it and we have loved it both times. The place is clean and quiet. Good location for anything in Wilmington. Would recommend highly.

Great spot for a fun weekend! Welcoming and decorated really cute! Easy access to the beach pier so that was a wonderful feature. The host gave great directions for parking and getting into the condo. He was very responsive. The three levels of steps weren’t a problem for us but I could see it being an issue for some folks. Overall fantastic price and place.

I throughly enjoyed my stay. I had my 91 year old mother with me. It was easy for her to maneuver throughout the house. My two year old nephew visited me while I was there. He was fascinated with the turtle bedroom. There were also lots of places to shop nearby. I accidentally locked myself out while I was there. I called Aaron and he immediately help resolve the problem. He stayed on the phone with me the entire time until I was back in the house. Aaron also checked on me periodically to see how my stay was going. It was great having him as the host. He made my stay better.

Cannot say enough great things about the location and comfort of this spot! Literally perfect river view and patio, comfy bed, smaller kitchen but usable. Amazing find for two people to enjoy downtown Wilmington. The included parking was a HUGE plus, only a block away. Aaron was super cool about everything and really looked out when we forgot some items in the closet. Shout out to Alice for shipping them for us!

The house was even better than the listing we saw online – it absolutely surpassed our expectations. Beautiful and spacious and impeccably clean. Lori was an incredible host who went above and beyond. 10/10 recommend and hopefully we will be back next year for SXSW! Thank you thank you!

Immaculate!!!! My biggest peeve is dirty and bugs. It was spotless, and I never even saw a mosquito. I've never enjoyed or felt as comfortable in an Airbnb as I have in Aaron' place. All cabinets and drawers were labeled so you could easily find what you were looking for, including all the light switches. (lamp, bar light, kitchen, dining, outside) No need to hit random light switches till you found the correct one. Super comfortable beds, along with enough in place chargers we could have left all ours at home. Did I mention clean? His cleaning staff does a super job. Aaron has the home completely stocked, absolutely everything you could ever possibly need for your stay. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans, utensils and plenty of nice towels (not the super thin ones). Great fenced in yard for the dog along with a place to safely put the bikes and hang out if the weather cooperates. If we head back to Wilmington to bike, this is a 5-star place to lay our heads. Thank you Aaron!!!!
