We had 8 adults and 2 little one to go on the first ever whole family ski trip. I had looked and looked for places that will accommodate all of us and not too far from sugar ski resort. Aaron’s place is right next to bottom parking lot that bus will run to the ticket office. House is 2 story and 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms are upstarts and bunk bed room w great game system is next to living room. Even the big kids had great time in the nice game system. Hot tub was clean and perfect temp and we enjoyed it every day. He had separate towels for that and that was nice. Washer and dryer were so nice to have and we did used it quit bit since we went skiing almost every day . Kitchen had plenty of cups and glasses , all the kitchen wear that you would need . ( I would suggest to have a pitcher there for to make ice tea or lemonade for family - I did buy one at DG) There is bit steep hill coming up from the parking lot but snow plows trucks run every morning when needed .

Wonderful to be so close to the ski area ! House was spacious and comfortable . Beds super comfy and lots of nice cozy towels and blankets. Easy drive to banner elk or Boone for additional activities! Kitchen had everything you need! Parking was very easy to access !
