Sugar Chalet was a perfect spot for our family of 10 and so close to the slopes. We just crossed the road and hopped on the shuttle bus. Kids loved their rooms; boys in downstair bunks and girls in upstairs sleeping nook. Only hitch was that the smoke detector went off when we had a fire in fireplace. Would be helpful to have directions to manage that, and directions for hot tub. Aaron was super helpful and replied quickly to questions. We will definitely return as our 7 year old grandsons loved learning to ski!

Our family really enjoyed staying at Aaron’s house. We could easily walk to the slopes which with a big family allows us a level of flexibility that is needed for vacations. The kitchen was large and stocked so that we were able to eat most meals there easily. The fireplace was a favorite part of the house, we kept it going for most of our trip. It was a great house and location for us!

Aaron‘s place was a cozy yet spacious cabin with two awesome wood fireplaces and multiple balconies on each side of the house. Just a short two minute drive to the ski resort and two minutes in the other direction from being on the main road where the stores and restaurants are located…..without having to deal with the icy roads going up the mountain. An ideal location!

We really enjoyed the house. We had 6 adults and 7 kids and everyone had plenty of space. It was close to the slopes and the shuttle pick up area was across the street, but it wasn’t a bad walk either. We rented a locker for a few days and just kept our equipment at the ski resort so we didn’t have to lug it back and forth. Aaron was very responsive and quickly answered all of my questions. I do wish the hot tub was a little bigger for a house that sleeps so many people, but we made it work and were thankful that they had one. The electronic pinball and arcade games were fun.

A great place to stay, especially if you want to be close to the ski resort. It’s walkable or use the shuttle. The house is a cozy mountain house as expected and looks so pretty with a dusting of snow.

We had a great time at Aaron's place! Super convenient location and everything in the home was extremely clean and well maintained. We would definitely come whenever we visit Sugar Mountain again!
