This property is amazing. You'll be the hero of your group for finding it. Please note that Austin strictly prohibits parties at short term rentals, and compliance is something we (and our neighbors) take seriously. Please keep the noise to levels that are in keeping with our residential setting. We have installed a noise monitor to help ensure that no authorities are called. A good way to enjoy the city is to be out and about! Please have Ubers, shuttles, party buses, etc. pull in front of the yellow bollards whenever idling. This ensures that neighbors can freely use the street. There are noise monitoring sensors. One inside and one outside. These monitor decibel levels and will send a text to guests if there’s a potential for noise issues. Video is pointed to the back yard records audio and video but is not actively monitored. We installed this to protect guests against unwarranted noise complaints. **A security deposit or damage waiver is required. This will be after your booking is confirmed. $125 damage waiver covers up to $5000. Or guests can choose a $5000 damage deposit. This help protect you and all of your guests from unintentional damage to the property for a worry free stay.
