**Pool construction near the house is possible for stays between mid February to mid to late March. Typically the team will work Monday - Friday. This will not impact use of the house but may have unsightly construction within view and noise during working hours. The location is on the back right of the lot, on the other side of the smaller secondary parking that is next to the garage.** I own a professional luxury hosting company. This property is a personal property that I have designed and operate exclusively for guests. You will have the benefit of a professional luxury host with the added attention that comes with a personal project. Enjoy! **A security deposit or damage waiver is required. This will be after your booking is confirmed. $125 damage waiver covers up to $5000. Or guests can choose a $5000 damage deposit. This helps protect you and all of your guests from unintentional damage to the property for a worry free stay. **We highly encourage all travelers to purchase travel insurance. We can send a link to do so after the booking is confirmed. The company we recommend will reimburse 100% of any covered cancellation amount before the trip begins and 150% after you have started traveling
