This will be after your booking is confirmed. $125 damage waiver covers up to $5000. Or guests can choose a $5000 damage deposit. This helps protect you and all of your guests from unintentional damage to the property for a worry free stay. **We highly encourage all travelers to purchase travel insurance. We can send a link to do so after the booking is confirmed. The company we recommend will reimburse 100% of any covered cancellation amount before the trip begins and 150% after you have started traveling **We are not part of The Biltmore Estate or the Biltmore Lake HOA community. The lake, like most lakes in the immediate Asheville area, is private and does not allow public swimming or boating. The closest "true lake" experience would probably be Lake Junaluska or Lake Lure. The views are included and unrestricted though!
