You are minutes (10 - 15) from Asheville, Sierra Nevada Brewery, The Airport, and many other amenities. HOWEVER, as there is no land developed around the property you are in a natural environment. There are bears and other wildlife that you may encounter. We will provide information to make sure you're wildlife wise but please remember that you're in a wilderness area tucked right in the middle of a metro area. We regularly have delivery vehicles, front wheel drive sedans, and just about any vehicle you can imagine come up the drive. While it is gravel, it is a gradual incline and pretty easy going.

Security cameras are located at the back door, front door, and entrance. These record and can be accessed remotely. This is to keep an eye on wildlife activity when the property is vacant. **A security deposit or damage waiver is required. This will be after your booking is confirmed. $125 damage waiver covers up to $5000. Or guests can choose a $5000 damage deposit. This help protect you and all of your guests from unintentional damage to the property for a worry free stay. **We know that sometimes plans change for reasons no one can control — including severe weather, travel disruptions, illness, and other unexpected events. Because these circumstances are outside of our control, we’re unable to provide refunds outside of the cancellation policy associated with your reservation. The property is located right on the boundary of Fletcher and Fairview within sight of Asheville. Literally, in this case you have an incredible panoramic view. There's about a mile and a half private drive way. The driveway is not steep and can be managed in just about any type of vehicle even in winter. This house is one of 3 on the entire mountain, but you're right in the middle of the Asheville metro area, 10 minutes to Asheville Airport and Sierra Nevada Tap Room.
