Tiny home mountain getaway. Peaceful property with a large fenced-in yard and fire pit that the whole family can enjoy. Pet friendly. Front porch includes outdoor chairs and a grill. Perfect for friends, family, or anyone who needs to get away and enjoy the mountains all year round. Last-minute and early bird discounts available! Be advised, the gravel road up to the house is very bumpy due to construction a few houses up from ours. Sedan's can make it but trucks and SUVs are recommended. Inside includes a bedroom with a queen bed, loft with a double and twin bed and the living room has a sofa bed. Full bathroom and kitchen. Access to full property and house. Parking includes the driveway and two spot area above driveway PLEASE NOTE: The road to the house is steep and bumpy. Larger vehicles recommended. 4 wheel drive is recommended during the winter. Roads are maintained but can be slick when snow is present. Close proximity to Appalachian State University, downtown Boone, Blowing Rock, Appalachian Ski Mountain and Sugar Mountain.
